Our most commonly asked questions about our credit card are below, but if you cant find the answer, please contact us directly.
A. You can obtain your account balance and recent payments 24/7 and 365 days a year. A. As from the 30 June 2016 you will no longer be able to use your Visa credit card for any new transaction of any sort including cash withdrawals or purchases. A. Your monthly statements will continue to be sent to you and at the same time of each month. Also the payment date that you are required to pay will still remain the same. A. You will no longer be able to transfer balances onto your Visa credit card. However, transferring any balance from your Visa credit card to another card provider is permitted. This will be subject to the receiving card's balance transfer rules, terms and conditions and you having the available credit limit with them. A. No. The minimum amount that you are required to pay each month will continue to be detailed in your monthly statement 'about my account'. You are still able to make any payment over your contractual minimum amount up to your outstanding statement balance. You can pay your bill during normal office hours and with the help of our dedicated service team over the phone. A. You should contact the company who you make any regular payments to through your Visa credit card in order to make alternative arrangements. No payments will be fulfilled by us after the 30 June 2016. A.
